Just fluoride and mercury my shit up fam.
I've been sucking on mercury fillings for decades. Never did me any harm. The pink elephants tell me it's good for me.
The Mercury in fillings isn't pure Mercury. It's chemically bonded with other elements.
You know how sodium is highly explosive when it comes into contact with water? You know how Chloride is highly toxic? Well, mix them both together and you get table salt a dietary requirement.
It's the same with Mercury. Dangerous by itself, but harmless when mixed with other stuff.
Mercury is in a pan so the silver floats on it keeping it from bonding with other materials. It's just tiny residual from a almost invisible film is on the bottom of the silver exiting the bath. They likely then remove almost all of it before then next step.
If the vax mercury didn't kill you then the teeth likely are not a big deal. If a filling lifts up then try to get it out and not have a piece get swallowed or have the filling grind up and down while chewing causing massive pain.
Your uncles not a pink elephant
If there were any dentist in my area that didn't pull some fake diagnosis bullshit to get a few more bucks then I would actually go to a dentist, however, every dentist I've ever been too has tried to bullshit me on little things like over charging me for girly gas that I never even received.
Talk to a dozen hygienists in town. They're on LinkedIn and in RDH groups on social media and many passionately LOVE their craft.
Not only are many of them hot and make enough money to not be leeches, but they talk and know exactly which dentists do great work and which ones do shit work.
After you talk to enough of them you'll know who to go to. Every city has a "club" of the dental practitioners (endo, ortho, etc) who actually give a fuck and do tight work.
So it's a win win. Just ask the ladies who actually work on the teeth and see their work day in day out.

10-4. Thanks for the tip.
Eat less sugar and drink less alcohol, eat more real food, or bacon jerky, your chompers will thank you.
Year I went Carnivore, I swear my gums were never better and I farted once a month.
Sugar and hard alcohol deteriorate your teeth more than anything. It's literally healthier to chew tobacco.
A once-a-month fart sounds like it could be deadly?
I'm pretty sure it's not cut and dry.
Didn't even stink. Turns out meat is entirely digested in the stomach. You basically shit fat and fart nothing but swallowed air.
Doesn't the alcohol kill the mouth bacteria?
Yeah but the way it metabolizes is exactly like sugar.
Yeah, I did the same thing.
Partly it's my mother's fault because she said, "well, you didn't want to go to the dentist" so I probably saw a dentist a total of 5 times as a kid. I wonder what kid did want to go?
That set me up for bad habits later in life. I didn't floss worth a fuck and wait 5 years between dental appointments.
So I've had 2 root canals and I've got a couple missing back teeth that I need to get implants for at some point.
For the last couple years I've had invisaligns, my dentist said it would help to fix my bite. During that time I've learned to brush and floss religiously. Flossing takes no time at all with those handles they make now.
Fortunately, my body is built like a tank, never really been to the hospital.
Find yourself a good dentist, mine does the best root canals. It's scary as hell but it doesn't hurt. No anesthesia. You don't need anesthesia, just need someone who can numb the area properly.
A lot of it depends on genetics. As a kid, I was never forced to brush. Forget about flossing -- flossing? What's that? I ate a lot of candy, never really thought about my teeth. In my early twenties I decided I'd better go to a dentist to get my teeth checked out. Lots of cavities, but no bad teeth. Dentist filled the cavities, I never lost a tooth. But I started brushing regularly and flossing occasionally. I'm getting up there in years, and so far I've only lost one tooth. It wasn't anything I did to protect them, believe me -- I just happen to have really good, strong teeth. It's genetic.
Get a water flosser. It works better than floss and you'll do it everyday
I've got one that attaches to the shower head so I can do it when I shower.
Genetics play a huge part in it yep. It's also a good indicator of other problems. People with shell teeth (very thin and shine like the inside of a shell) generally have low bone density. People who have teeth break a lot or just snap often have some other genetic disorder like arthritis or some kind of constant inflammation too. It's always been interesting to me how different parts of the body are related like this.
That's true, never had much luck in that department but not brushing and flossing is retarded.
You probably didn't need to lose any teeth.
This is why I always keep a spare bottle of Amoxicillin in my fridge. Amoxicillin is an antibiotic that does the least amount of damage to your gut biome in your body. Penicillin also works but I'm allergic. In a SHTF situation, or even just day to day life, these medicines are worth more than gold.
I wish I had taken better care of my teeth but I've gotten my act together these past 3 years or so. I just need a bunch of fillings this year, one extraction, one implant, and then I'm done. But wow that was a shitty experience.
You never know when your pet fish is going to get an infected injury. BTW why do you refrigerate it? Doesn't it last like 5-7 years anyway?
I tried the fish meds but they barely did anything. I ended up getting an extra bottle of pharmaceutical grade. The quality of the other antibiotics you can get are too poorly regulated. I'm not willing to bet my life on them.
Yes they do last a long time but I'd like them to last as long as humanly possible. They may last 5-7 years or more, but they do deteriorate in quality (and therefore efficacy) after the first year or two. Probably not by much but it's just best practices. As a general rule I try not to expose things like that to temperature fluctuations, same as food or seeds or anything else.
I'd rather do that for no reason, than need them, go to use them, and realize they're bunk.
Just alcoholic things 🤷♂️
No insurance, jaysus that's going to be a heck of a bill.
take care of yourself. No one else will.
Well, not exactly. I see plenty of people every week at the hospital who don’t take care of themselves, some without insurance, have illnesses or injuries that are due to their own shitty lifestyle, and they are given full treatment, hospital admission, the gamut of imaging studies, specialist consultations, etc.
My first appointment in 10 years is tomorrow. Funny I made the appointment last friday after realizing I didn't want to end up like you. Cheers!
I did the same last year. I do well with brushing but it was about 10 years. Ended up needing 11 fillings and they are saying a molar needs to be removed. Hope you do better than me haha
Haha, I went once a few years ago after 20 years. They said I was in fine shape but I wanted to remove mercury fillings and replace with something less poisonous. I only brush once a day and never floss. But I also don't eat shit processed food.
Ended up with 1 maybe cavity. Nothing to even worry about.
Nice, you did great. That's nothing. It will take less than an hour to get a filling in and grind that shit out.
Look into a bone broth supplement, it should help make your teeth strong. Also use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash.
I should ask OP, do you not brush your teeth everyday?
