This is absolutely terrible advice.
First of all, let's start with "Let the rage takeover." What does that mean? Allow yourself to become angry until it consumes you? Allow your heart to become bitter? That's how you destroy yourself. Ta-da! The enemy wins. There are a lot of angry and enraged people doing nothing. There's another saying "Hatred is drinking poison while expecting the other person to die." Their anger festers into depression or crime, it rarely manifests into actionable results. They don't accomplish anything constructive. I don't think a lack of anger and rage is the problem, many of us already have it and we're helpless and now tired too.
Another point - "Don't let it happen - fight back." People need some actual concrete methods of "fighting back." Standing on the corner of a street holding a sign doesn't seem to work. The only thing that seems to work is having a lawyer and lots of money. Or having a lot of influence over politicians and government. So what's the solution? Maybe we should learn how to form unions and groups and pool our resources. Maybe we need to learn how to become a larger force than just our individual selves, and learn how to put pressure and influence on figures abusing their powers with lawlessness.
These graphics with "advice" and a man resting his chin on his hand don't accomplish anything real. They make us feel like someone has our back when really it's just a man who wrote something that sounded really clever. Yet today we're living in a world of "Might = Right" where the left use their might and power to openly break laws and do whatever they want.
Words like "fight back" and "get enraged" doesn't actually do anything but jerk everyone off until realize they have no control or influence because they lack the ability to form control and influence with other citizens.
Unironically, the best way to fight back is to not fight back.
