Saw a lighted mirror the other day with him on it. Made me want one for my office. Never been a smoker, but there’s just something cool about seeing this dude out there going about manly business and taking a break for a smoke. Sometimes he doesn’t even take a break; in one he’s pulling a makeshift raft full of his gear along a tropical river. Probably scoping out the anaconda and alligator lurking in the water, deciding which one will be his next belt.

The Camel marketing(Marlboro too) sure was great back then. I had a ton of camel cash that never was redeemed because I was saving and hoping for a Motogp bike or indycar like the Pepsi harrier jet to be offered.

Camel Man has a similar Aryan gene expression and morphology as Daniel Penny, the Marine who wrangled that uppity darkie on the subway.

I remember being a kid seeing these ads and thinking it was badass too. Smoked for a year or two in college, quit cuz White man things being stronger than a fukin fag.

I don’t think smoking itself lessens or increases masculinity. I just appreciate that the man in the ads represents doing his own thing, and that includes indulging in tobacco, a longstanding European tradition.

Why do you call it a European tradition? Tobacco originated in the Americas...

Yes, and algebra originated in the near east. Tobacco was, however, like algebra and other higher math, perfected and exploited to its highest aims by White Europeans.
