Is organized crime part of nature? Because when it comes to cleansing, it does a hell of a job
Because if the antistate is open to anyting not state, that's what you also invite in, which is unwise
State is just godmode organized crime anyway. So lesser organized crime is just like the State but nowhere near as bad, and easier to solve.
