Yea I do it with gimp, thanks. I try to use clip art where I can, but sometimes have to trace around things to get the silhouette shapes I want.

Yeah, my only criticism would be that font. I really like most of the letters, but for some reason the R and the A really piss me off.

I believe in the "night watchman" . Or a police who responds to calls for service. In the constitution this was intended to be by an elected sherrif who served by the will of the people, with deputies at his discretion.
