Diversity in itself is neither a weakness nor a strength, but it should be left on its own to either thrive or die naturally. Same as the first point on immigration.
Branching out into different directions, specialization, patterns of thought, etc. can allow for a more adaptable society when it comes to sudden changes, future problems, or rethinking the currently accepted solutions.
This would be favorable in the long run.
So the natural cycle for the antistate should encourage the formation of a naturally sustaining and effective diversity.
This would not be the continuous support of a meaningless, unproductive, and detrimental diversity (which would die out without the state) but of a diversity which proves itself beneficial to the society in the end.
