Removing the State removes politics?
It removes the faux political discourse that dominates the narrative in a democracy. There is no use arguing over what "we" should do if you acknowledge that the notion of public representation is a lie, and thus there is no "we" unless individuals consensually agree to associate with each other.
The word 'politics' means the deciding of policy. If no one's policies are imposed upon others by force then what policies individuals choose to live by are much less consequential for society as a whole, and politics isn't so important.

Politics is every interaction you have with another person.
It includes the stuff we do at work every day and how you interact with your friends or order a hamburger.
I'm just considering it etymologically. I think the word you're looking for is 'diplomacy'.
