My computer is over twelve years old. I haven't noticed anything it can't do. True, I don't play the lastest first-person shooters, but everything I need it for, it does easily. The new chips coming out don't seem to offer any real advantage over the old chips. That idea about computing power doubling every five years, or whatever, was over long ago. I don't see any reason to upgrade my computer, and in dog years it's 84.
