Not all Asians are smart and basically no blacks are. This should not shock anyone. Also, take note that the "researchers" that "discovered" this all happen to appear to be non-White. SHOCKING.

"Traditional assessments", you mean like education, training, and experience indicating a candidate's likelihood of success in that position? Yeah, objective criteria will forever be the enemy of diversity.

The three-fifths rule was much better. Let's go back to that one.
