Will people generating unreliable code and students cheating on their homework generate enough revenue to cover OpenAI’s operating costs and pay off its massive debts?

I doubt it.

To me an OpenAI IPO is Altman trying to cash out before the bubble pops. I’m sure they’ll get a lot of suckers, but I wouldn’t touch any tech IPO with a ten foot pole and this one is going to drop like a brick.
