It's funny how that now AI will need 100x the current power supply, they all don't give a shit about "Climate change" any more. It was, and is always about control. AI is no different, it will run the ruthless bureaucracy that will enslave you if they are ever permitted to enforce digital ID.

Probably. Not sure I am willing to call it intelligent yet but everything we see publicly is behind a military pay wall that lasts anywhere between 10 and 40+ years.
