They'll have to dial that back at some point. If the common man can't afford electricity that means no more porn, social media, sportsball or videogames distracting everyone. That's the absolute last thing they want.

Counter point: cities are already implimenting "scaled rates" for niggers and spics. Rates will be 4x for us, but free to almost free for anyone with skin the color of shit
