That's why you always take phone pictures of all the rented areas with location enabled, on arrival and right before leaving, and send them right away to the host. Just like when you rent a car.

These pics will contain EXIF data (location, date/time...) that can't be easily edited/removed without downloading them on a computer.

I'm sure most of these host don't even know what EXIF data is.

Or just don't use services that enable scammers to profit off of lying.

Airbnb can be a mixed bag experience.

I've never had an issue in Asia-Pacific.

Is it really that bad in the U.S.?

I wouldn't know. I have never used Airbnb and likely never will because I do not like the potential for fuckery from the company and property owners. I'll stick with well known hotels since they've never really screwed me over, yet.

There is a hidden code/way of speaking. When you message the host, without saying it, you need to highly convey that you are a respectable person who will take care of the property, not have any parties and not leave any kind of mess when you leave.

The reply from the host is equally important. You need to read between the lines to see if the host is someone who cares for their property and doesn't rent to niggers.

It is kind of like talking to someone new and feeling out if they are vaccinated or not by asking other questions unrelated to vaccines. You can't outwardly discrimination against niggers, so you have to beat around the bush enough to determine if you are chatting with a sane person or a liberal.
