Grok was telling me 20 house lots with 150ft road frontage each requires 3000ft of road this morning.

Of course there are two sides to a road and 20 lots (each with 150ft road frontage) translates to at least a 1500ft road.

I try to correct Grok by explaining there are 2 sides to a road and 20 lots with 150ft of road frontage can be serviced by 1500ft of road. So now Grok is calling the lots 2-sided.

For the kind of stuff I'm exploring, ChatGPT is far superior to Grok. In understanding instructions and in their execution. ChatGPT is also much more friendly and complementary.
