I know AI is just a fancy chatbot, but in theory shouldn't the AI's assessment of its own work be a perfect score?

If so, I would seem to be a no-brainer to use the AI if the goal is to simply pass the course.

Obviously from a practical standpoint, using artificial intelligence to generate a report or correct answer without further reflection, the deeper cognitive processes fundamental to education—critical thinking, problem-solving, synthesis of ideas, and genuine intellectual exploration—may be bypassed. The educational process is compromised, and the essential skills might not be fully developed.
