This seems obvious to me.

It works the opposite for me. The times I have been required to involve AI to do something has always left me thinking very critically of the AI's output and I had to make sure it was not just spewing bullshit (which some of it definitely was). AI makes me sharper by having to proof check it and convince those who believe it works that it's just smoke and mirrors for average NPCs.

"I already know the answer, I'm just using a calculator to check."

Have a nice day sir. Keep on using AI. The rest of you fucks still writing 80085 have a long way to go.

I'm a programmer, dumbass. I'm not using AI because I want to. I'm using it because my clients have made it a requirement for their software projects. I get paid to do the work they are not capable of but they set the requirements based on whatever bullshit is popular at the time. I get paid more later on when I have to replace that retarded AI with something better because it didn't do what the wanted it to. I tell them this ahead of time but they're dumb NPCs and don't listen. It's win-win for me to have retards paying the bills twice.
