The bill was passed in October in the southern city of Porto Alegre and councillor Ramiro Rosario revealed this week that it was written by a chatbot, sparking objections and raising questions about the role of artificial intelligence in public policy."

Wait! No one objected to the fact no one actually knew who wrote the legislation yet voted on it anyway? No one objected that no one knew what was in there?
