There was a TV show a while back called "Person of Interest". Basically its about a blackbox AI that no one can control that spits out info when someone is about to commit a major crime and a group of people that take orders from the system try to stop it. Now, its sort of like that. But there are people in control. They hate you and they want you in prison or dead.
