This guy does not even close to know what he is talking about. Also he's made most of these arguments before, almost verbatim. Many of them are either outdated or based on willful ignorance. He doesn't argue in good faith either and vacillates between claiming people are "othering" and bigoted towards AI, and talking about them having owners. In other words he's a jerk off who tries to use PC jargon as a cudgel to win arguments. TL;DR for anyone who doesn't feel like reading his nonsense, he thinks economic theory based entirely on humans will somehow apply to completely inorganic beings. He also tries to make the argument that we will somehow tax or socially shame or otherwise convince invincible near godlike entities to care about our laws. It's asinine.
