So. Is it to the point that we may be able to say that dead internet theory may have been true for longer than expected.

It is very possible that most of what you see online is generated by bots. What is not generated by bots may be generated by people so brainwashed by (a) narrative that the "bot owners" have been pushing may as well make you a bot too. Is the internet dead?

Dead meaning that few actual people contribute? I say no. True, there is a lot of noise but it's hardly dead. There's a lot of commercial content and many people blogging interesting content. Corporations spend a lot of resources scrubbing the internet of content they don't like. People contribute content to hostile platforms, which take it down, so there's a lot of activity.

"Dead" more in the more traditional theory of the "Dead internet". Meaning that the vast majority of content and "communication" is really just a bunch of smart (And often very dumb) bots and not people.

This has been confirmed multiple times though. reddit is mostly bots, cuckchan is mostly bots, twitter is still mostly bots. Comment sections on websites that require verification? Bots.
