People see and believe what they want to because of their confirmation biases and deeply held convictions. While it's easy to poke fun at the leftards who deceived themselves with these AI generated fake photos, the same thing happens on the opposing side. Remember the CA wildfires that supposedly exactly lined up with the proposed high-speed rail system? Yeah, that wasn't real because the maps were shown side by side rather than overlaid which made people who wanted to believe that was the reason why the fires were started not notice how far off the mark they were. Don't trust any pictures or videos outright just because they match your world view, line up with your biases or come from some source you have bouts of fandom for. Always verify, authenticate and be skeptical of the materials and the source. We need to have real truth now more than ever since AI is truly complicating what is real and what is not. Use your brain and always do some leg work before you decide what you will trust in.
