This has been on my shopping list for quite a while now. With the new Bambu HD2 out I am going to have to do a deep dive and figure out which one to get. I am now leaning Bambu since I am already way off into their ecosystem.

That purchase is a ways down the road though.

I've been looking at the Artisan for quite awhile now. The dual printheads allow for printing with real support without the constant filament changes. It would be a huge advantage to making much nicer prints. Now that Bambu has a dual printhead I really have to decide between the two. I think the Artisan is a better, more rounded machine. BUT,,, lol, there is always a But,,,, I am way far off into the Bambu ecosystem and I really like the rfid filament. One supplier for both of my machines is attractive.

Yeah, I just like the idea of getting a laser system and a CNC as well. I like multi-purpose systems.

I could have it laser engrave a bunch of things then have it change the head to cut them out.

Yes you can. And that laser is no slouch either. It's a well rounded machine and I think it is probably better than the Bambu at the laser and cutting. I'm not even sure if the new Bambu has CNC or the rotary module for doing lathe work.
