What's your definition of white supremacy? Because, much like "fair" or "equity" everyone's definition is slightly different.

To me it's recognizing that, while other groups may exceed us in some specific area, when you look at the whole of intelligence, beauty, creativity, culture, physical strength, empathy, etc. that no group even comes close to us. We are objectively superior. All intelligent people know this. Liberals know this, blacks and asians know this and jews hate us because they know this too. Critical race theory and affirmative action are expressions of the undeniable truth that whites are superior. "White privilege" is just the truth that, because we have a higher intelligence and work ethic, that we don't need the constant helping hand to achieve more than the lesser races can ever hope to achieve.

To most Liberals the definition of "white supremacy" is someone who follows this undeniable fact to it's logical conclusion: That we should rule over the lesser races. jews in particular fight against that tooth and nail. I don't really care if we rule them or not. I just want everyone to be treated for what they are. It doesn't matter to me that blacks are allowed to be Drs or Engineers if they are able, but we should stop pretending that the bottom 99% are able. Muslims and jews have a religion that allows them to lie to outsiders, so they should never be allowed to testify. Blacks are impulsive and violent so they should be required to prove they can control themselves before they're allowed to be around vulnerable people.

It seems like you and the OP agree, and your assumption that the illusion of conflict arises from semantic differences appears correct.

I will posit that most people are afraid of following the logic train which begins "people move to white countries because life is better there, so white people must be better at whatever actions make life better." The path is a simple one, not formed of malice, but which can lead the untempered to destructive rage. I am not surprised when I speak with the fearful anymore. I pity them and wish them well on their plateau of understanding, for I know I am on mine. My understanding is limited as any, while I grope for the edges of my plateau searching for the edge to peer over and understand the level beneath.

To bring it back around, many see malice in "supremacy" where others see preference.
