On the contrary, healthy women are featured in advertisements because we've evolved for eons to be attracted to fertile women in order to further our own genetic line. It's unnatural to desire a fatty because they are of poor genetic quality. Allowing the racial stock decline by promoting the fertility of the least healthy members of the race will ultimately weaken the race and allow it to be more susceptible to outside threats.
