Holy shit, Yates was at his prime during the era of the absolute monsters. They were all so gassed up on steroids and exogenous hormones. Making humans gigantic became a fucking science in that era. Look up some pictures of Yates in his prime years. I've always enjoyed him in interviews and things though. He is a no nonsense type of guy, and I always thought his knowledge about training was pretty spot on.
