Regression to the mean is a meme. Look at dogs. Did they regress to the mean?

Selective breeding can be successful if applied consistently and over long enough periods of time.

Is Eugenics the same as bionics? If it is, I'm all for it.

I would say bionics fits under the umbrella of eugenics.
