Terms of service

  • By using Poal.co, users will agree to and comply with the following conditions. Your account may be banned for an undisclosed amount of time, or removed completely if the following agreement is not adhered to. Additionally, accounts may be suspended for reasons not listed in this agreement.

  • Optional email addresses provided to Poal upon account creation will only be used to reset your account's password, and will never be shared with any other party.

  • All users must be at least 13 years of age.

  • Infringement of copyright or personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity is prohibited, and the content may be removed upon a legitimate DMCA request to POALCO[at]protonmail.com. Such content is not endorsed by Poal.co, nor is Poal.co liable for any user submitted content.
  • You agree to release us, our affiliates, and third-party service providers from claims, demands and damages of any kind, resulting from your use of Poal.co.
  • We are not responsible for the actions or content of other sites that are linked on Poal.co, and you agree to be held solely liable for the posting of such links.

  • Posts and comments that contain texts and/or links to fight, violence, nude, graphic, gore... must be tagged as NSFW.
  • Shitposts and shitpost related subs must as well be marked as NSFW.
  • Read sub's (especially the default ones) sidebar rules before posting.

  • Users are solely responsible for any laws they may break by viewing content on Poal.co. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Users under the age of 18 opting in to view NSFW (adult) content, and/or users who view content that is illegal within their own country. To opt in to NSFW content, you must be 18 or older.
  • Do no post links to adult/porn content in default subs.

  • Users agree not to post calls to violence or specific threats of violence.
  • No doxing. Users agree not to post sensitive information relating to other user's real world identities without their express consent.
  • Users are solely responsible for their own personal information if they choose to share it on the site.

  • PEDOPHILIA:
  • All images, videos or depictions of any kind that show sexually explicit or suggestive content involving children (whether virtual or real) is strictly prohibited.
  • Sexually oriented discussions (including memes, jokes, sarcasm, sexual innuendoes, stories...) involving children is strictly prohibited.
  • Content or communications seeking to solicit, lure or entice minors into sexual activity or lewd behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Promoting, normalizing or making the apology of pedophilia in any form will get you instantly and permanently banned, that includes accounts who upvoted such content.

  • All pictures, videos, depictions, and any kind of discussions related to beastiality is strictly prohibited.

  • SECURITY:
  • Using Poal as a place to discuss, plan or engage in any action that would compromise security, tamper with system resources or accounts on computers at Poal, or any other site, is strictly prohibited.
  • Using alt accounts to tamper votes for your own gain or to target someone else's account will result in all your related accounts restricted and votes cancelled.

  • SPAM:
  • Only posting links to the same domains/websites (you are affiliated/related to) is considered as spam, especially in default subs. So to stay on the safe side, you'll have to mix your posting habit with different sources/domains. The safe ratio is 1:5 (1 post to your website, 5 posts to other domains)
  • Gambling is prohibited.
  • Failing to follow this rule will get your website[s] and account permanently banned.
  • Flooding identical walls of texts or mentions is also considered as spam.

  • SUB MODERATION:
  • Moderators are not a part of site staff, and may be removed at any time, for any reason.
  • Moderators may create their own rules as long as they do not violate the terms of this agreement.
  • By becoming a moderator of a default sub or been granted ownership of an existing sub, you agree to represent the best interests of the community you moderate. Continuous failure to do so may result in your removal as a moderator or owner of a given sub.
