Fedex is awful. If they manage to deliver it, it's damaged. Lately, they've been parcel lockering my Chewy deliveries that Chewy says have to be delivered to my door (heavy and that's a benefit of ordering from Chewy). I have to get my bf's help to get them and Chewy has been giving me 10% coupons for a couple of months,now. At some point, they are going to have to start dinging FedEx for not behaving or go with a different shipper.
