Some of them it does. I guess it would be a bonus except testosterone (at least in the excessive doses tranny docs give out) will generally make them grow a beard and start losing their hair. Not to mention dating one of these people would be a constant high stakes game of pretend. It's probably not worth the stress just to fuck a bearded lady.
