I think u are pretty spot on. I think the fiasco will keep going another year the idiots or based people from shit holes like new york and California will keep moving out and artificially keep the housing economy going. That's why I'm trying to get out now and overpaying for my 5 acres.. I paid 330k.. 2 years ago it would have been 150k... but in 2 years you won't be able to even buy it. Has a well and septic and is surrounded by farms and expensive homes
