Not sure how. I think... Maybe.. It's related to a sum.. Like.. I am on the "negative" each downvote puts me in -2 points.. Each upvote +1
Therefore I think eventually my upvote is counted.. But, of course, because I sometimes downvote, my vote probably don't matter it all.
