Voat had/has a search engine, it's at https://searchvoat.co/ and it still works to search for old posts. They have also added a forum but it isn't getting much traffic right now. However, a lot of old goats have joined. You can join with your old username if you saved the SearchVoat password that was sent to your inbox a few days before the site was deliberately killed off.
