Not sure I remember you, but yes I'm sincere, started researching about three years ago, did not want to embrace a 'flat earth.'
Why can't what's above the flat earth simply be the abode of God, and if so, why would we understand it, we can't.
It seems from what I've researched that there is a dome, a firmament above the earth, and beyond this impenetrable dome is unknown, we would think of it as heaven, or the domain of God.
Baseless and dogmatic and evasion doesn't describe me at all.
Had a big discussion on this yesterday on facebook so I'm kind of worn out.
Because all evidence you dismiss and then claim ignorance is the only truth.
