They (the Dems and deep state) don't care if it is overturned. The only thing of any importance to them was to get a feeling conviction of Trump before the election. Even if (when) it's overturned, they will continue to call Trump a convicted felon. They will believe he was guilty in the face of all evidence. They presumed that people would baulk at voting for a convicted felon. It was their only strategy to get Ol'Joe re-elected. But, it's backfired. The prosecution was so transparently politically motivated and hopelessly biased that even CNN can see its a shot show. Trump is more popular than ever and people who would not have considered voting for him are seeing how corrupt the deep state and Dems are and how much they want to keep Trump out. The chances that they attempt an assassination on Trump is fairly high. They might even assassinate Biden and frame it as a Trump "insurrection" and install a deep state lackey.

I saw a photo of the NY appeals court judges yesterday on /pol and they're all female woke niggers. I didn't save the picture but if that's where he has to appeal his case to then good luck with that.
