He is wrong about 4g since that is not megahzs. He's also says it's a stronger signal because of the ghz, that is what kind of information capacity it can handle, not the amplitude of the signal which is where the danger lies. Hell radar will fry you to "microwaves", and a strong radio station antenna will have more power but run in a lower band signal. I think this guys and idiot since 4g is 850 mhz to the more common 2.5ghz like your wireless router 2.4ghz or 5 ghz signal. So your likely been getting 5G for months or years now if you have a modern wireless router everyone, now lets all go histerical over our routers.
N, AC and AX WiFi frequencies are 2.4 and 5GHZ.
5G cellular networks are in the 60GHZ frequency range.
