I'm not saying it doesn't have it's uses...but if you're releasing a product you'd better make sure it has no entry points - even for you.

We are at the point of "Something will find them".

Someone with a moderate understanding can now rip an app apart and fully rebrand-recompile and re-create the backend system with little effort so long as you know exactly what the goal is and can articulate it (and either have local models or are willing to pay for pricy models).

It's a brave new world.

It was kind of more fun when you opened a device to see they'd abraded all the chips and you had to start by figuring out what the chips were first.

It was only 5 years ago that you still had to look at a goo-plastered chip and wonder what the fuck it was.

Now, you just hook a "ai" debugger to it and in 5 minutes you not only know what it is but its not ripping its brains apart in realtime.

You live in the future. You just don't realize it yet.
