It’s an interesting trademark case. Twitter changed its name to X. This company claims they legally gave up the name “Twitter” at that point and are no longer using it.

Obviously they are trying to steal the wide recognition the Twitter name has. They might even confuse some people into using their site instead of X. X is suing them.

And only fool Boomers. Not sure it holds water, you don’t just give up a trademark before you stop using it. It’s why the bronco came back. You can squat on a trademark for a while until it goes by the wayside. Blazer is another example Many other cases int eh auto world. Expect a Pontiac comeback for at least one car (I’d think firebird) in the next few years to just re-establish gm still holds the brand.

But yes they is a jew grifter trying to steal something of value.

Edit: not to mention twitter redirects to x.com so yeah this is nothing but bullshit it’s not like they abandoned the domain even.
