Back in my early days working for Fairchild Semiconductor, we made gate array products for the Patriot missiles and missile launchers. There were roughly 60 different devices IIRC. Each device had an image of an alligator wearing a short sleeve beach shirt and sunglasses with "Gator Ray" embossed below the image on each die. You had to look at the die with a microsope to see them clearly.

It was cool as hell back in the day. An image of Gator Ray chillin' in a beach chair with a cocktail in hand. I don't remember any other chips that we made having added humor in the artwork.
