Well just make an extension that blocks double click and other google ad business investments. Hell make an extension that put a popup when the word ad comes up and then click to ad a rule or allow. I myself use privacy badger and that blocks most stuff that isn't basic content then I give stuff partial priveleges so my browser will only accept the minimum data. I also delete a lot of cookies on a regular basis I know aren't for logins and stuff I find useful.
