That's an interesting idea, but it's based on flawed understanding of the problem. There is no method of communication that cannot also be used as a means of deception. The hoax surrounding the holocaust of WW2, being an excellent example of mass deception.

The uncomfortable truth is that a problem created by technology cannot be solved with more technology. That's like an alcoholic thinking they can become sober by means of drinking more alcohol. Only through the exercise of due diligence and scrutiny can you determine if what you're seeing and/or hearing is sincere and truthful.
