Best anti virus for a older friend who has no tech skills

just want a decent price av for him that isn't costly but decent, and easy enough i do not have to go install it for him

Stay away from MalwareBytes. I used it for a while but it disables Windows Defender without even explaining it which eventually caused virus infection.
