Back before I was permabanned, a female friend kept sending her followers, including me, links to the pedo accounts in the hope that if enough people reported them, they would be permanently removed and twitter might persuaded to do something about their nonce-problem. The visible material was revolting and rage-inducing, but it was clearly advertising for much worse material to be exchanged via private messaging. There appeared to be an endless supply of the stuff, and twitter was clearly aware of its presence, but did absolutely nothing.
If Elon Musk picked up on that, he could blow them out of the water in court. If there was enough publicity, maybe even the FBI could be induced to prosecute.
