I thought I remembered you said you were looking for a cheap laptop. I'd go w/ the lenovo unless your tv has hdmi ports then go w/ one of the $50 models

The refurbished Chromebook I bought from NewEgg is no longer supported. So. it's stuck on Chrome OS 68. It still works great and has an extra, working, internal SATA slot to add a HD or SSD if I ever want to convert it to Linux. And, it's fast as hell with only 4-GB RAM.

Yeah I can't seem to find anywhere that's cheaper than newegg for the refurbished. Amazon is all like $120 and up for similar models
