AI could be great, but it's going to accelerate faster than everyone would be comfortable with. It's weird enough meeting humans clever than most of us, what will interacting with a machine a 1000 times cleverer feel like? But the problem isn't a hyper intelligent AI, it's one day letting it fall into the hands of the Left, who will instantly use it to control people. You think China is bad now, what will the progressives running the DNC do with something like this? All privacy will be gone, they will use it to read your mind and determine if you are right wing or not, then yeet you off the internet and disable your ability to meet with like minded people. All in the name of equity AI needs some kind of baseline rules as to how the government/alphabet agencies are allowed to use it, there has to be something laid down to stop the Left inevitably using it for evil. Which is ironic given that we don't even have that freedom now... This kind of system would create some very efficient killing machines too. Imagine a missile system linked to a vast global array of sensors. You could track/target people as fast as its weapons were reloaded.
