There is no trusted third party that can reliably vouch for the humanity of a poster. Any online credentials could be leveraged/turned over to an AI once login and "humanity" was authenticated. Anything digital can be spoofed.

Yes, but it would limit the number of bots if each one required a real and different person to provide its credentials.

Once such a requirement was in place, governments would scrub their countries or punish everyone that spoke out against any government policy.
