There is no trusted third party that can reliably vouch for the humanity of a poster. Any online credentials could be leveraged/turned over to an AI once login and "humanity" was authenticated. Anything digital can be spoofed.

Yes, but it would limit the number of bots if each one required a real and different person to provide its credentials.

...which would require everyone to supply and maintain personally identifiable and trackable credentials to access the web. Like supplying your SSN to logon. Once such a requirement was in place, governments would scrub their countries or punish everyone that spoke out against any government policy.
