He is a weird dude, but I think he is on to something when it comes to eating habits and fasting. Read an article about him and it said he only eats one meal a day and fasts the entire weekend. He says that a lot of our time is centered around eating, and when you reduce eating by fasting it has the effect of slowing time down. I could never do his routine, but I definitely want to explore fasting over the next year.
