How is that more of a threat than a drone sending a missile? A predator drone can carry multiple missiles, go much farther, see and shoot much farther, loiter and patrol large areas.

Cheap means far more common meaning far more dangerous to common infantry
And rifle armed infantry have no more hope to stop suicide drones than they do missiles.

Also missile carrying drones are significantly larger than suicide drones.
Which means they can and do get targeted by air defences and shot down.
