Big tech faced with new onerous regulations? Just throw lawyers and money at the problem and eventually comply under the new system. Maybe bribe some politicians to make the regulations absolutely useless except as a time-wasting exercise. Small startup or individual who wants to participate in the free market too? Either devote your life to reams of red tape, or pay protection money to lawyers. Or know thy place and get a job working for a firmly established big tech player.
