The formula they use at my company is outsource a bunch of shit to a cousin in india then take kick backs. Then when shit starts getting dicey they leave. Non Indian management are fucking retards and can't figure out whats going on so it keeps happening. Whatever project they were working on dies after they spend a couple mil on indian contractors.
