The logic in the article has a grain of truth, but it's presented in a fearmongering manner. O2 does interact with 60GHz - it stops it dead. The 60GHz spectrum really isn't of much use for OTA broadcast with our current technology. It's why there really isn't much above about 24GHz right now, and even that's squirrely.

I just searched and searched, but couldn't find a video I seen about just what you mentioned. They were using frequencies in that range to make 3D shapes with water. Blasting from all sides they could create perfect cubes, pyramids, and even spheres with the water. Man I wish I could find it. Its an older video.
I've dealt very little with anything above about 32GHz for just that reason and the ones you mentioned - those frequencies are pretty useless except in very tight, focused beams. Simply blasting them into the air is just power wasted because you start getting stopped by air molecules.
The 3GHz thing is wild, I've never seen that video. It makes sense seeing as how it has almost no penetration past the surface of water. If you find it, I'd like to watch it.

The adverse effects listed in the article cover almost every organic system in the human body. It doesn’t say anything about plants, though. Wouldn’t flora fail to thrive and die first before fauna? Also, 5G supposedly doesn’t travel far, waves drop out (that’s a scientific term, if you didn’t know, jk), that’s why they have to have so many poles close to each other (and camouflaged, although not very well), so where are all these 5G poles? It already is. Just not the way people think. We are covered in it daily and have been since the advent of the first "wireless" technologies. At first it was realized as an unintended side effect. Now its weaponized. They just keep uping the dose with each new one. 2g, 3g, 4g, 5g, etc... Almost like they are trying to find the LD50 without actually hitting it.

Its all frequencies (waves). And when there are too many waves bouncing off of each other the interference pattern becomes just interference. There is no longer a pattern (dirty). And that includes your own resonant frequency. We are electrical beings and electricity is a frequency is a wave.
